Bamboo Matcha Scoop

The wooden matcha scoop is the Japanese tea ceremony's version of a teaspoon! Two scoops with this bamboo "chashaku" equate to about 1/2 teaspoon of matcha, perfect for a single serving of tea.
To make your own tea ceremony with the chashaku, scoop two almond-sized mounds of matcha into your tea bowl. Then tap the spoon lightly against the edge of the bowl. To clean, wipe the scoop with a soft cloth to remove any remaining tea particles.
